Meet & Greet Volunteers
It is important as members for us to welcome visitors and new members when they arrive at the club.
From experience, many new members & visitors might be a little daunted as it may be their first-ever run event.
We have set up a volunteer register setup for members to take turns in being the official "meeter & greeter".
Please introduce yourself, make them feel at ease, take them through the process of getting their timing chip and making sure it is securely attached to their shoe and then show them the run course using our maps available in the start area.
