- Run either the 3.5km course with a 1.5km extension to make 5km in total or run our 10k course
- Run at your own pace, or you can join one of our groups @ 7:30am (socially distanced of course!)
- This week we have a beginners 10k group especially for new runners wanting to take on the longer distance and to get to know our 10k course. Our guarantee... no one will be left behind!
- All runs will be self-timed. Record your time on the timing sheet at the finish for us to publish the results. (This is not part of our annual competition, just a bit of fun)
- The 5km course is different to the regular 5@theLake course
- You will have to comply with all the COVID -19 restriction, social distancing, sanitising your hands etc. WE ARE SERIOUS ABOUT SAFETY
- ALL people attending are requested to record their name and contact details on the Attendance sheet that will be available.
