Records tumble in 10km handicap

Was it the cool weather, better training or something else? Who knows, but there was some terrific running by a number of our younger members at the November 10km handicap.  Even some of the oldies performed above their usual standard.

Corinne Fulford ran the fastest female time at the club in over 4 years with a 40:52, a PB by 1:38. Chris Timson ran a 1:29 PB to record a 33:40. Matt Timson ran a 1:03 PB to give us 35:01. Tim Molesworth ran a 22 second PB to be the fastest of the day with 33:31, and wife Lilian ran a 12 sec PBto give us the second fastest time run by a lady in over 3 years. Many others runners also enjoyed personal bests today.

Congratulations to so many on some great runs.
