The Western Districts Joggers & Harriers, also known as Westies Joggers, is a friendly family orientated running club that will introduce you to the beautiful traffic free pathways and tracks that wind their way around the lake, river and bush settings at Lake Gillawarna.

Our members range in age from young kids to the over eighties and comprise walkers, joggers and competitive runners. Western Districts Joggers & Harriers has a unique history and has been established for over 40 years, each year introducing more and more people to the benefits of running.

As well as our monthly 3.4km and 10km handicap races, we have weekly training runs, annual events incuding the Hidden Half and Heart of the Lake Fun Run, as well as social events.

You can receive free advice on keeping fit through walking, jogging or running and use our events for preparation of other runs such as the City to Surf.

Feel free to come along and take part in our events or contact us for further information.
